What counts as one request?
A request is based on your AI assistant completely handling the initial customer enquiry. We call these flows. Even though there are different levels of information and integration shown in these examples they all count as one request. Other chatbot companies charge per individual utterance (back and forth). You don’t have to worry about that with us.
