During the covid pandemic, computer vision was used to track how many people went in and out of Coop Sweden’s grocery stores. Customers could then chat with the AI assistant we created for them to find out the best time to visit and buy their essentials, helping them shop safely and reduce fear. Over time, trends become evident through the AI assistant data we automatically collate using our purpose-built platform, AI Studio, so the grocer can predict busy times in store for their 3 million+ members.
